From the winery:

Four hectares of Pinot Noir were planted in 2002, the unique plot of land with this grape-variety on the Campo of Clos de los Siete.

The first Mariflor Pinot Noir was made in 2005.

The grapes are vinified, with no pumping, using gravity, in small thermoregulated vats, manual punching, then in new barrels in which the wine is left to age on the lees for 12 to 14 months.

The production is only 12,000 to 15,000 bottles depending on the vintages.

MARIFLOR PINOT, it’s silky elegance with a nose of ripe raspberries and wild berries… well-balanced between sweetness and structure that can be appreciated young and age with harmony.
